YIKIM, YARATIM VE DAYANIŞMA
AICA Türkiye, 10 Şubat Cumartesi günü, 6 Şubat 2023 depremlerinin yıl dönümünde “Yıkım, Yaratım ve Dayanışma” başlıklı online bir buluşma düzenliyor.
Uluslararası Sanat Eleştirmenleri Derneği Türkiye Şubesi (AICA Türkiye), 6 Şubat 2023’te yaşanan deprem felaketinin yıl dönümünde, depremden etkilenen kentlerde yaşayan sanatçılar, kültür ve sanat emekçileri ve akademisyenlerle “Yıkım, Yaratım ve Dayanışma” başlıklı online bir toplantıda 10 Şubat Cumartesi günü 14.00'te bir araya geliyor.
Etkinlik, yaşanan felaketin trajik boyutunu, depremle ve sonrasında silinen hafızayı, depremi bizzat yaşamış ve sonuçlarına yakından tanıklık etmiş yazar, sanatçı ve akademisyenlerin gözünden ele almayı, o hafızayı yaşatırken geleceği beraberce tasavvur etmeyi öneriyor.
“Yıkım, Yaratım ve Dayanışma”, halen deprem bölgesinde yaşayan sanatçıların felaket sonrası deneyimlerine eğiliyor. Buluşma, kültür ve sanat emekçileri için kalınan yerden üretmeye devam etmek ve her şeye rağmen üretmek yönündeki önermelerin olasılığını ve bunların yollarını beraberce tartışmaya davet ediyor.
Bu buluşma, AICA International tarafından desteklenen “Birbirimizden Öğrenmek: Felaketler Çağında Sanat ve Kültür Sektöründe Dayanışma Ağı Yaratmak” (Learning from Each Other: Building a Solidarity Network in the Art and Cultural Sector in Times of Disasters) başlıklı çevrimiçi etkinlikler serisinin ilki olarak düzenlenmektedir.

AICA Turkey is organizing an online gathering "Destruction, Creation and Solidarity", on Saturday, February 10, on the occasion of the first-year anniversary of the earthquakes in 2023.
On the anniversary of the earthquake disaster that occurred on February 6, 2023, the International Association of Art Critics Turkey (AICA Turkey) is organizing an online meeting titled "Destruction, Creation and Solidarity" together with artists, art and cultural workers and academics living in the cities affected by the earthquake, on Saturday, February 10, at 14.00 o’clock.
The event proposes to discuss the tragic dimension of the disaster, the memory erased by the earthquake and its aftermath, through the eyes of writers, artists and academics who experienced the earthquake and witnessed its consequences closely, and how we can envision a future together while keeping that memory alive.
"Destruction, Creation and Solidarity" focuses on artists' post-disaster experiences in the earthquake zone. The meeting invites art and cultural workers to discuss the possibility and ways of picking up where they left off and continuing to produce no matter what.
This is gathering is the first event of “Learning from Each Other: Building a Solidarity Network in the Art and Cultural Sector in Times of Disasters”, a series of talks and lectures supported by AICA International.
